A Family Tradition

James and Pat Daley, brothers and corporate officers, have been in the paving business for over 30 years. After searching for the right opportunity for more than a year, they purchased over 50 acres in northeast Lubbock that sat idle for many years, part of a California-based estate. As they are making plans to develop a corporate headquarters here, The Daley brothers have already moved their families and paving crews to Lubbock.

Daley’s Superior Asphalt by Professionals was established in 1963. After their dad passed away, James and his brother Patrick took up the reins of leadership to continue the legacy their family had established in the asphalt and paving business. Upon moving to Lubbock, the Daleys brought on Phil Huval as Plant Manager. Phil has been manufacturing asphalt materials in this area since 1978.

Daley’s Superior Asphalt Manufacturing was incorporated in 2013, and refers to the corporate division responsible for the production of quality paving products; not only for the corporate paving division, but also to be a reliable source of these products for all the area contractors.

With help from Phil and their sons, the Daley brothers continue to grow and establish Daley’s Superior Asphalt Manufacturing as a familiar name in the West Texas and New Mexico region.
